      Chad Millard, a teacher at Daniel Boone Elementary, had wanted to start a volunteering/pay it forward program for students and their parents for some time. Last summer, with the support of Kevin Armour, Principal at Daniel Boone Elementary in New Melle, Millard’s idea came to fruition with the implementation of the “Raccoons Giving Back” (RGB) program.
