    • BDHS Heritage Sign Installed in Augusta

      October 01, 2020

      A new Boone-Duden Heritage Trail sign was installed in mid-September in the corner of the Augusta Town Square by members of the Boone-Duden Historical Society Board, with assistance from Augusta Fire Dept. volunteers who provided the equipment to dig holes and raise up the sign.

      On August 30, 2020, a new “Welcome to New Melle” sign was installed in the wedge at the intersection of Hwys. D and Z in New Melle. The Eagle Scout project was coordinated by Cyrus Hunter, a member of Boy Scout Troop 856, New Melle.
