Jerry G. Langdon

Gerald “Jerry” Langdon of Wentzville, Missouri passed away suddenly at the age of 56.

Jerry was the son of the late Gerald G. Langdon, Jr. and Judy Berry. He leaves behind his loving wife Rhonda (Boyts); children, Jesse Hillmann, Ross Langdon, Jacob Langdon and Sarah Langdon; grandchildren, Kiley Hillmann, Ava Hillmann and Brayden Langdon; He was the dear brother of Julie Langdon, John (Angie) Langdon, Chris “Frick” (Kathy) Langdon and David Langdon; son-in-law of Harry and Ellen Boyts; brother-in-law to Richard (Jenny) Boyts and Renee (Greg) Stark as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jerry will be deeply missed by all who knew him, especially his beloved dog, Lillie. To know Jerry was to love him. His big heart and infectious laugh will be missed by all who knew him. Jerry’s passion was coaching. He coached many youths in the St. Louis area for 25 years. This includes the St. Louis Jaguars baseball, in addition to the Missouri Fury Fast-pitch Softball Organization, which he founded. His love and dedication to the sport was evident in his pride and devotion to not only the club, but every single young athlete that he had the opportunity to coach. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation: Sunday, January 20, 2019, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Pitman Funeral Home 1545 Wentzville Parkway Wentzville, Missouri 63385. Service: Monday, January 21, 2019, 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment: Private Family Cemetery.
