Shirley Jean Muschany

Shirley Jean Muschany passed away on November 3, 2020 at the age of 92.

She was the beloved wife of Wilbert "Jiggs" Muschany of Defiance, Missouri; She is survived by her three sons, Roland (Alice) Muschany of Flint Hill, MO, Layton (Brenda) Muschany of Defiance, MO, Tom (RoNae) Muschany of Defiance, MO; daughter, Debbie (Kevin) Schlueter of Winfield, MO; Eleven Grandchildren, Steven Muschany of Norman, OK, Julie Muschany of Roanoke, TX, Douglas (Christy) Muschany of O'Fallon, MO, Christina (Ryan) Schaefer of Wentzville, MO, Nicholas Schlueter of Winfield, MO, Matthew Schlueter of Winfield, MO, Zachary Muschany of Defiance, MO, Cole Muschany of Defiance, MO, Julie (Tom) Smith of Wentzville, MO, Jason (Leslee) Christ of St. Paul, MO, Jill (Randy) Hall of Flint Hill, MO; six great-grandchildren, Madelyn Muschany of Norman, OK, Sydney Fulkerson of St. Charles, MO, Kalley Muschany of O'Fallon, MO, Isabella Schlueter of Hannibal, MO, Walter Schlueter of Winfield, MO, Nolan Schaefer of Wentzville, MO; seven step-great grandchildrens, Ashton Schlumpberger, Mattie Smith, Kylie Christ, Garrett Christ, Payten Christ, Randy Hall, Clayton Hall.

She is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Muschany, mother, Catherine Muschany, Spouse, Wilbert "Jiggs" Muschany.

Shirley loved her family. She loved cooking for the whole gang. On Christmas, she and Jiggs always did an open house and served her famous eggnog. She made the best chicken and dumplings. Everyone wanted her coconut cream pie and cheesecake. On Halloween, everyone came for her popcorn balls. She loved being outside and always enjoyed her flowers and hummingbirds. She enjoyed making everyone a beaded calendar at Christmas. She loved traveling which she did with her dear friends; Lois, Shirley, and Bobby. They took trips to Niagara Falls, out west, and Branson. She treasured the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation: Friday, November 6, 2020, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with funeral immediately following at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, MO 63385.
