Doors open at 6 p.m., and the interview starts at 6:30 p.m. This is a free event, but donations are accepted. Visit https://www.augustaharmonieverein.org for details and other events.

Wanda will discuss her experience attending a one-room Lutheran schoolhouse and her teaching career, which spanned over 25 years at Augusta Elementary. Calling all former students, please join the conversation and share your memories with “Mrs. Howell.”  She taught 3rd grade at Augusta Elementary during the 1980s through the mid-2000s. Wanda will share memories of growing up in Augusta during the 1950s and 1960s and how her extended family contributed to the town’s history. You will certainly enjoy listening to Wanda's memories of life in Augusta.

If you can't attend, you can still catch this and other interviews from the series on YouTube. Search for @Friends of Historic Augusta.
