Journey for Charity Tractor Parade Sept 8 Adds Northern Route

The Annual Knights of Columbus Journey for Charity Tractor Cruise held by the Knights of Columbus Councils in Franklin County each September is adding a northern route this year, enabling KC Chapters on this side of the Missouri River to participate and benefit.

The event raises money and food donations for local food pantries Franklin County. With the addition of the northern route, The Southern Warren and St. Charles County Food Pantry in Marthasville will also benefit.

The new northern route is planned to start at St. Ignatious, Concord Hill. It will proceed through Marthasville, Dutzow, Augusta, and then follow Augusta Bottom Road to Washington where it will join with tractors from the St. Clair to Washington route. The combined parade ends at the Washington Knights of Columbus hall with a BBQ and tractor display, a pedal pull for the kids, and consolidation of donations collected throughout the day.
