A Plant Sale and Open House is being sponsored by the Augusta History Museum on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the museum located at the corner of Webster and High Streets from 1 - 4 p.m. The plants for sale will be annuals.
The museum houses a wealth of historical artifacts and information about the local area. It is unusual, and quite an accomplishment, for a town the size of Augusta to have its own museum. The proceeds of this sale will help to launch a building fund, to add an ADA-compliant bathroom to the museum. In addition to the ADA bathroom, the museum needs more space to display donated artifacts.
So please stop by, pick up some plants for your garden, and check out all that the museum has on display. If you would like to make a cash donation please send it to, Friends of Historic Augusta, P.O Box 42, Augusta, MO 63332.
