The New Melle Fire Protection District (NMFPD) presents the Pumpkin People Contest this fall, open to all businesses and residents within the district. Get creative this Halloween and design a display in front of your business or home. Your display should represent your business or family, and pumpkins must be used as the head(s) in the display.

Enter to win the People’s Choice Award that includes two dozen Halloween donuts from the New Melle Baking Company, delivered by the firefighters on a NMFPD firetruck. The display with the most “likes” will be the winner.

To enter, send a photo and blurb of your display to the NMFPD via Messenger to NewMelleFire. The deadline is October 14 at 3 p.m. Voting will start on October 23 and will be open through the 26.
