Scouting for Food In New Melle A Huge Success

During this year’s Scouting for Food Drive, Scout Pack and Troop 856 of Immaculate Heart of Mary collected, counted and sorted 5,774 items. Way to go, New Melle! The Scouts and their parents worked hard, placing bags on hundreds of doors and returning the following weekend to collect the donations. Pack/Troop 856 and their parents did an impressive job helping those in need. St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at IHM Church was grateful for the items donated by the community and appreciated all the hard work of Pack/Troop 856.
