This service is intended for families at 200% of the poverty level or below and children under the age of 4. Eligible families can pick up a pre-packaged set of diapers once a month for each child in their immediate household.
Sizes Available: Newborn - Size 6, and training pants: 2T - 4T.
Pick-up Locations: Spencer Road Branch and, starting September 8, Kathryn Linnemann Branch, and Middendorf-Kredell Branch.

Diapers are available while supplies last.
In tandem with our Diaper Bank Distribution through the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank, the Library will begin distributing period products to those in need on a first-come, first-served basis. These products are available during the hours shown above.
The Period Supply Program, launched in 2020, provides monthly period kits along with period education and a love note to individuals who menstruate in schools, shelters, food pantries, and healthcare centers.
This initiative was made possible by the Friends of the St. Charles City-County Library and the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank.
