We want to thank everyone involved in the Celebration of Life. Our family was completely overwhelmed by the sheer generosity, organization, and unwavering support shown by the New Melle community.
We extend our deepest gratitude to every organizer, volunteer, local business, and participant who contributed to making the Celebration of Life for Porky a source of true comfort.
The truck tribute parade was an absolutely stunning display of love - a powerful testament to how Porky touched so many lives.
The effort involved in coordinating such a massive, beautiful event—from managing the route and setting up the celebration venue to sharing fond memories—did not go unnoticed. What a fitting tribute that honored Porky perfectly.
We are truly blessed to live among people who care so deeply. Thank you for lifting our spirits and reminding us that a community isn’t just a place, it truly is family.
Sincere thankfulness,
-The family of Mark “Porky” Joerling
