The Augusta Chamber of Commerce plans to award two $1,000 scholarships for the 2026-2027 school year. Proceeds from the Augusta Plein Air Art Festival fund the scholarships.
They can be applied to any degree program at an accredited technical, vocational, college, or university program. The scholarship is non-renewable and for a one-year term only. Past recipients are invited to reapply.
Eligibility requirements:
- Applicant must be a resident of the Augusta ZIP code (63332), Dutzow, or Defiance, and reside in the Washington School District.
- Grade point average must be at least 2.5 (high school and college).
- Must be enrolled full-time (at least 12 hours per semester).
- Students must provide proof of enrollment.
