The Town of Augusta's Cemetery Committee has announced upcoming city cemetery cleanup days. The group will meet at noon at the Augusta City Cemetery on the following dates:
• March 29
• May 24
• August 30
• January 10, 2027
The goal is to help preserve the beauty, dignity, and safety of our cemetery. These efforts help keep the grounds neat. Volunteers will remove old and weathered flowers, dispose of broken or loose vases, remove items displaced by weather, mow as needed, and perform general grounds cleanup.
Families are encouraged to remove sentimental or seasonal items before these dates.
We appreciate the community's help in honoring and caring for this special place. Click here to view flyer for details.
