After 18 incredible years as Principal of Daniel Boone Elementary, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the students, staff, families, and community members who have made this journey so meaningful.
It has truly been an honor to serve the Daniel Boone community since 2008. The last 18 years have been among the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I am so proud of all that we have accomplished together. Daniel Boone Elementary is a special place, and that is because of the people who make it what it is each and every day.I want to thank our outstanding community for the incredible support you have shown our school over the years. Whether through volunteering, attending events, supporting school programs, or simply encouraging our students and staff, your commitment to Daniel Boone Elementary has made a tremendous difference. Our school’s success has always been a reflection of the strong community that surrounds it.
As I retire, I am excited for the future of Daniel Boone Elementary under the leadership of Dr. Gina Steffen as the next building principal. Dr. Steffen previously served in an administrative role at Daniel Boone for six years and understands firsthand what makes Daniel Boone such a special school community. She cares deeply about students, staff, and families and is excited to return to Daniel Boone as building principal. I know the school will continue to thrive under her leadership.
Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to serve the students, staff, and families of this amazing community for the last 18 years. It has been the honor of my career, and I will forever be grateful to have been part of the Daniel Boone family.
Sincerely,
Kevin Armour
