The deadline for nominations is Friday, May 4.

Candidates will be voted upon Aug. 10 at the cooperative’s Annual Meeting to be held at the Family Arena in St. Charles.

Directors serve three-year terms and should be able to attend monthly meetings regularly on the fourth Thursday evening. Also, board members should be able to devote several additional days each year to meetings and spend a few hours each month reading and studying.
