Augusta Plein Air Art Festival Award Winners

The Greater Augusta Chamber of Commerce 16th Annual Plein Air Art Festival Awards Ceremony and Final Sale were held April 29, 2018 at Mount Pleasant Estates. This year’s event was one of the best yet, with over 150 artists participating.  Congratulations to D.K. Palecek for winning 1st Place oil and Best of Show for her painting titled “Stoic Abandon”; and to Spencer Meagher for winning 1st Place acrylic, Artist’s Choice and People’s Choice. Thank you to all the artists for joining us this year—so many gorgeous paintings! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the artists at the various events and the final sale. And a huge thank you to all the sponsors who so generously support the event in so many ways. It is amazing how the community comes together for this every year, and we want you all to know you are extremely appreciated.
