The St. Charles County Public Health Department continues to collaborate with local, regional, state and federal partners to investigate the illness and monitor individuals who may have been exposed to the virus. All test results from Public Health have been received and all have been negative.
PRECAUTIONARY TIP OF THE DAY: MASKS
If you are sick, you should wear a simple surgical face mask when you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. This keeps respiratory droplets from spreading to those who are not ill.
If you are NOT sick, you do not need to wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick, and they are not able to wear a facemask. In those cases, you should wear an N95 Respirator face mask.
