Opened in 2010 by proprietor Carl Bolm, Cedar Lake Cellars has grown to become a leading destination venue for thousands of loyal customers from across the Midwest.

“When we bought this farm in 2002, we had a vision that we were building something special,” said Bolm, a native of Warren County. “Every year we have added more spaces and enhancements to improve our customer experience, and this year has been no different. We added a bridge over Swan Lake to increase lakeside seating, so our visitors can comfortably socially distance and take full advantage of our 400 beautiful acres. We are so excited to celebrate our anniversary this fall with all of the great friends we’ve made over the past decade!”

The anniversary celebration kicks off on Labor Day Weekend and will feature live music every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Signature events include Derby Day on Sept. 5, a celebration of all things Kentucky Derby including Mint Julep wine slushies and a derby hat contest. Guests can also cheer on their favorite thoroughbreds while watching the races on the Barrel Room’s big screen.

Did you miss your fireworks fix this summer? Pyromania, the biggest (and best) fireworks display in the region, returns on Sept. 19. This unforgettable experience for the whole family includes live music, Clydesdales, and plenty of games. And when the sun goes down, the fireworks go up in an unforgettable two-hour display.

The tenth annual Fall Fest is a seasonal fan favorite, this year the milestone event is scheduled for Oct. 10. Due to popular demand, the celebration has been expanded to include the festival field, which will feature additional food and beverage options, yard games, seating, fire pits, and more!

The safety of visitors is always a top priority of Cedar Lake Cellars. Additional hygienic precautions include hand sanitizing stations for patrons, and team members are disinfecting all high-touch surfaces multiple times per day. Spacious outdoor seating also allows for six feet of social “swan distancing”. For more information about Cedar Lake Cellars and the full lineup of tenth-anniversary events, please visit
