Journey for Charity Tractor Cruise Check Presentations

The 2020 Knights of Columbus Journey for Charity Tractor Cruise planning committee presented a check for $37,800 to seven Knights of Columbus Councils that joined forces for the 13th Annual Charity Tractor Cruise.

Each Council received $5400 that will be shared with that Council’s local food pantries. The Food Pantries also shared 3800 lbs. of Food and canned goods that was collected on the day of the event (Sept. 13, 2020.) The planning committee includes representatives from each of the participating Knights of Columbus Councils: Dutzow #1927, New Haven #7475, St. Clair #4667, St.John’s #8073,Krakow #16213, Washington #1121 and Union #1576.

The Knights of Columbus Council # 1927 presented a check for $5,400 to Barb Harman with the Southern Warren and St. Charles County Food Pantry on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020. This is the council’s share of the proceeds from the 13th Annual Journey for Charity Tractor Cruise held on Sept. 13. The council also presented a check to St. Vincent’s School at the same time for proceeds from the council’s Fish Fry held on Sept. 18.
