Our Lady’s Inn is looking for a part-time Resident Support Staff and/or Live-In in our Defiance home. The candidate will be responsible for helping to ensure the safety and security of the building, establishing therapeutic relationships with the clients and maintaining the cleanliness of the home as well as assisting in the meal preparation and occasional client transportation. Position requires availability evenings after 4:00 p.m. and weekends and must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.  Live-in will receive free room and board in exchange for on-call 3-4 overnights per week. If you cannot be a live-in, support staff is still needed to work evenings and weekends.
