Thank you to everyone who helped us with the clean-up after the December tornado. The outpouring of support from everyone was such a relief. The work of the first responders, our County Council Representative Joe Brazil, the Defiance Merchants Association and the St. Charles County Emergency Management team was invaluable. We met so many wonderful volunteers, who were complete strangers, just wanting to help. It really was a bright spot in a difficult time. The Defiance/New Melle community is such a wonderful place to live. Thank you for everything.
