The New Melle Festival Baby Contest was held on Saturday, June 11. Thank you to Ages and Stages Learning Center and Megan Stevener with EXP Realty for the sponsorship. A special thanks to the judges and the New Melle Queen Candidates for emceeing the contest. The first-place winners in each category received a gift certificate from Catala Facial Retreat and Boutique in New Melle. This year’s winners were:

Birth to 6 months: Girls (front L-R:) 1st - Remi, daughter of Justin and Kelly Rehmeier of Marthasville;
2nd - Avery, daughter of Jesse and Erica Kleinheider of Washington; 3rd - Cecelia, daughter of Ryan and Amanda Austin of Wentzville.
Boys (back row) Aedan, son of Nico and Elizabeth Greger of Winfield. 

7 - 12 months: Girls (front L-R:) 1st - Claire, daughter of Ryan and Emily Bampton of  Wentzville;
2nd - Flora, daughter of Jason Babb and Taylor Burke of Wentzville;
3rd - Eleanor, daughter of Larry and Lindsey Bruns of Foristell.
Boys (back L-R:) 1st - Korbin, son of Matt and Samantha Fischer of Wentzville;
2nd - Liam, son of Kyle and Shelby Phipps of Washington; 3rd - Owen, son of William and Lily Hitchcock of O’Fallon.

13 - 18 months: Girls (front L-R:) 1st - Alice, daughter of Danny and Julie Kelley of Augusta;
2nd - Oakley, daughter of Matt and Kennedy Kowalski with her sister.
No boys were entered in this category. 

19 - 24 months: Boys - 1st Everett, son of JR and Emily Dreher of Marthasville.
