The Boone Country Garden members participated in the August 9th Flower Show and presented an outstanding demonstration of flora and fauna. The show was held at St. Paul’s UCC in Defiance and was free and open to the public. Members displayed quality horticulture specimens and breathtaking floral designs. Guests were amazed by the various array of plants. Many said they learned new information that gave them insight into their garden designs. Others were intrigued by the flower arrangements and wished to learn how to do them at home. We thank all who visited and are grateful to all our members who worked tirelessly to make the 2022 Flower Show such a great success. We look forward to orchestrating another National Garden Club small-standard Flower show in the years to come. New members are always welcome. Join us, at our next meeting is September 12 at Sugar Creek Winery, Defiance. Meetings begin at 9-9:30 a.m. Come visit us!
