IHM and St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry Extending Hours

Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in New Melle are extending the hours of the pantry temporarily for November, December and January.
The panty will still be open on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Additional hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on the following Tuesdays: November 15, December 20 and January 17. The pantry is located at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 8 West Hwy D, New Melle, MO 63365.

The New Melle St. Vince de Paul food pantry covers New Melle, Defiance, Foristell, Augusta and parts of Wentzville. The dedicated volunteers provide food for an area of approximately 200 square miles in Southwest St. Charles County and a small part of Warren County. Individuals seek help for many reasons, job loss, low income, illness, mental illness, divorce, being homeless, to name a few.

In addition to food, they try to help their clients with rent, utilities, and more. The clients' needs would go unmet without the generous, ongoing support of the parishioners, New Melle businesses, schools, fire and police departments and all the area churches that conduct food drives and fundraisers for the pantry.

The Society is grateful for everyone’s generosity in helping them meet the needs of their clients. For assistance or information regarding The St. Vincent de Paul Society, please call (636) 398-5270, extension 225.
