The Friends of Historic Augusta would like to express our gratitude to Cathie Schoppenhorst and the other officers of the Boone-Duden Historical Society. Our Museum was gifted a wooden casket in late September, it's fitting since Mr. Sehrt was a skilled carpenter who had a workshop downstairs in the home. It will be a welcome addition to the museum.
