After 42 years of practicing Chiropractic Medicine in St. Louis, Dr. Fitelson moved to New Melle and opened up a Chiropractic and Acupuncture practice inside Aisling Med Spa in New Melle Town Square. She is also a member of the New Melle Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Fitelson practiced in a bustling, fast-moving office in St. Louis and was ready for a change. She enjoys the more relaxed office with flexible scheduling. Located in the heart of New Melle, Aisling Med Spa’s owner, Lauren Tripp, and the staff, including Dr. Fitelson, offer a soothing and healing atmosphere.
