WEDDING VENUE: The St. Charles County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 20th, 2019 regarding a conditional use request for a Wedding/Event venue at 2275 and 2323 Hwy. F - property now owned by Robert G. Brinkmann and Kim Brinkmann.
The property is located approximately 900 feet east of Femme Osage Creek on the north side of Hwy. F. INCREASE NOTIFICATION DISTANCE TO 2000 FT: Also on the agenda is a draft ordinance which would increase the notification distance for neighboring property owners from 500 ft to 2000 ft for conditional use permits and zoning change requests in the Agricultural Zoning District.
AUDEN PRAIRIE: A rezoning request and preliminary plat for Auden Prairie on Wilson Road remains tabled according to the agenda. The request asked for a change from Agricultural to Rural Residential, which would lower lot sizes to a 3 acre minimum.
