OPEN FORUM

Each person addressing the Planning and Zoning Commission shall give his/her name and address. Remarks shall be addressed to the Commission as a whole and not to any individual member and no question shall be asked any individual member except through the presiding officer. No person other than the Commissioners and the person having the floor shall be permitted to enter into discussion without the permission of the presiding officer.

1. With several inquiries regarding the use of property within the City of New Melle for an Airbnb, the Commission will review similar city ordinances for Short-Term Rental and Airbnb conditional use. The Commission may consider a fee and ordinance for those situations. Documents citing those situations will be presented.
