The developers for the Tall Tree development on DD have requested their application be tabled at this time. Per Councilman Tim Baker – Since the application was tabled, it can come off the table at any time and be voted on. This does not have to go back through Planning and Zoning at this time.
We will publish the tentative agenda for the July 31 meeting as soon as it is available. There are still other issues on the agenda for the area.
The next St. Charles County Council Meeting will be held at the Family Arena on Monday, July 31 at 7 p.m. The Council will be voting on several issues in the area. Some items are listed below and include the Tall Tree Development and a development on South Point Prairie Road near Hwy Z.
