To reduce congestion and ease travel during the Labor Day weekend, MoDOT will suspend most work on interstates and state highways, starting at 12 p.m. Friday, September 4.
Traffic will still be restricted in areas with permanent barriers. Emergency roadwork will also be performed as needed. Work on all construction projects will resume at 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 8.
