Bob, born on July 13, 1943 in St Louis, MO,  resided in Chesterfield, MO with the love of his life, Lou Ann (nee Weinbauer), who lovingly and relentlessly cared for him until his final day on earth. Bob was the beloved father of Christine (Bill) Newbold, Rob (Karen) Nolan, Patrick (Debbie) Nolan and Angie (Ben) Geis; loving Papa of Robert (Jane Spikowski) Nolan, Megan (Braxton) Payne, Ally (Guilherme) Casa Nova, Tricia Newbold, Michael Newbold, Ryan Nolan, Nolan Geis, Julia Geis, Andrew Geis and Will Geis. Brother to Vince (Barb) Nolan and Jim (Mary) Nolan. Brother-in-law to Bob (the late Judy) Weinbauer.  Adored uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents Vince and Josephine (Peronne) Nolan.

Bob grew up watching his father run his auto parts store where the seeds were sown for his future in owning and operating businesses, including tax software, apartments, hotels, restaurants, call centers, and a winery in Augusta, MO.

When Bob was 14 years old he met his soulmate and future wife when he took Lou Ann Weinbauer on their first date.  High school sweethearts, Bob and Lou Ann danced their way through teen towns; dancing was something that they would enjoy doing together for the next 60 years they had together. Graduate of Corpus Christi High School and subsequently St Louis University with a degree in Accounting, he began his career as a CPA before launching a long and successful career as an entrepreneur.   On September 7, 1963, Bob and Lou Ann were married at Corpus Christi Church and went on to have four children and 10 grandchildren who were his pride and joy. Bob spent many winters in Naples, FL where he enjoyed boating with his First Mate, Lou Ann on the intrepid Bob-a-Lou.  Bob spent many precious times with family and friends dining out at lunch and dinner.  He loved and cared for his family until the end and always put them before himself.  He will be greatly missed but always cherished.
