Ronald Eugene Rector Sr. of Wentzville, MO passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the age of 88 years.

He is survived by his two sons, Ronald Rector Jr. of Wentzville, Robert Rector and wife, Lynn, of Wentzville, MO; five grandchildren, Lauren Butler and husband, Shawn, Bradley Rector, Bobby Rector and Maria Gissenaas, Taylor Rector, Brandi Rector; five great-grandchildren, Callie, Codi, and Bennett Butler, Raelynn Rector, Rylee Rector. 

Ronald was born January 29, 1933, in Whiteside, MO, son of the late Howard Rector and wife, Lillian Lovell Rector. Ronald was married on September 26, 1959, to Maryann Stilwell. He was a member of the St. Louis Carpenter’s Union (for over 40 years); St. John’s United Church of Christ in Cappeln, MO, and the Masonic Lodge in Wentzville, MO. He enjoyed woodworking and history. 

Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Maryann Rector, and granddaughter, Brittany Rector. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Visitation: Sunday, September 19, 2021, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, P.O Box 248, Wentzville, Missouri 63385. Funeral:  Monday, September 20, 2021, 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment: St. John's UCC Cemetery, Cappeln Missouri.
