Mr. Hueffmeier was a former Jefferson County, MO business owner and well respected for the last five decades within the STL regional waste management community. He retired to Tennessee with his loving wife of 18 years, Diane (Demonbreun) Hueffmeier.

In addition to Diane, he is survived by one sister: Sally M. Hueffmeier of St. Charles, MO; 4 children: Jason (Laci) Hueffmeier of Imperial, MO; Nicole (Paul) MacDonald of Webster Groves, MO; Christina (Glenn) Roeder of Barnhart, MO and Steven (Kayla) Hueffmeier of Imperial, MO. He also has two bonus children: Bobbi Jo (Donnie) Hemmen of Whites Creek, TN and Matthew (Kelsey) Webster of Nashville, TN. Along with countless family and friends, his biggest blessings were his nine grandchildren, known as Popi's Puddin', Princess, Pieces, Pumpkin, Pixie, Precious, Pistol, Present and Pirate.

A sports fanatic, he loved bowling, wrestling, soccer, golf, Titans football and Cardinals baseball. He never met a stranger. He lived for an honest day's work. He lived for his family. He lived to get a laugh. He lived having faith that the Lord knew he wasn't perfect, but he was doing his best. He lived like most wish they could...in the moment...making memories...and those memories will live forever. Arrangements are pending for services in both TN & MO. Memorials may be made to Cardinals Care at cardinals.com/community.

A memorial service will be held at Ascension Catholic Church, 230 Santa Maria Drive, Chesterfield, MO on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Mass is at 10 a.m., followed by visitation until 1 p.m.
