Norbert Haarmann passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 86.

He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth "Betty" Haarmann nee Mareschal of Wentzville, Missouri. He is survived by his son, John (Pat) Haarmann of Wentzville, MO; daughter, Margie Kettler of Wentzville, MO; sister, Theresa Meador of Warrenton, MO; brother-in-law, Maurice (Marietta) Mareschal; three granddaughters, Lynn Haarmann, Kathleen Haarmann, Becky (Brad) Benes; two grandsons, Mark (Emily) Haarmann, Ben (Michelle) Kettler; two great-grandsons, Jack Benes, Everett Haarmann;  He is preceded in death by his father, John Haarmann, mother, Mary Haarmann, brother, Christopher Haarmann, brother, Ignatius G. Haarmann, sister, Bernadette Dreisewerd, sister, Clotilda "Tillie" Brown, sister, Bertha "Birdie"  Voss, sister, Agnes Duebner, sister, Gertrude Sprock, son-in-law, Steve Kettler.  

Norbert married the love of his life, Betty Mareschal on October 4, 1958, in Bridgeton, Missouri. From this union two children were born, John and Margie. He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic church in Wentzville, Missouri. Norbert enjoyed farming, spending his free time playing pinochle, reading westerns, or doing woodwork. He was an outdoorsman. He loved to spend time in the woods on his tractor and cutting wood. Most of all, Norbert loved spending time with his family especially his grandkids.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
