Loving husband of the late Janice London (nee Cleaveland) for 17 years; cherished father of Craig (Mary) London, Shane London and Teale London; treasured grandpa of Joshua, Brandon, Caleb, Payden, Nollee, Maddux and Alyson; dear brother of Elaine (Kevin) Kientzle. Loving uncle, cousin and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert James and Mary Jane London (nee Wille).

David was a proud veteran of the United States Army, obtaining the rank of Captain. He was an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish and was a 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. He was also active at Bench Rest Gun Club and a lifetime member of the NRA and Missouri Conservation Department, where he taught gun safety and hunters education classes.

David was devoted to his grandchildren and was the founding member of the SMBC (Saturday Morning Breakfast Club) in which he would take the grandchildren out and spoil them.

David was a proud American, a devoted Catholic, and an avid outdoorsman. He was a huge hockey fan and an off-ice official for both UHL teams, the River Otters and Chill. He shared this love with family and welcomed the opportunity to teach the younger family members all about the sport. Continuing the sports theme, David attended every sporting event his children and grandchildren participated in for the past 50 years, even coaching at times.
