Fortified with the sacraments of the Holy Mother Church, Ricky James Freymuth of Foristell, MO, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022, at the age of 63 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patti Freymuth nee Keeteman; his son, Jerrad Freymuth and wife Angie of Wentzville, MO; his daughter, Lori Hooker and husband Dylan of Wentzville, MO. He is also survived by his brother, Ron (Judy) Freymuth of Wright City, MO, his sister, Sharon (Freymuth) Johnson of Wentzville, MO, his brothers-in-law, Wayne (Dotty) Keeteman, Randy (Glenda) Keeteman, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Rick was a proud "Paw Paw" to five grandchildren; Madison Moore, Lexi and Gavin Freymuth, and Graham and Oliver Hooker; nephews, Andy Milsark and Chad Keeteman; nieces, Taylor Dougan, Meloney (Keeteman) Allen, Mandi (Keeteman), Bryant, Angie (Keeteman) Turnbull, and Lynette (Keeteman) Hampton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clem and Ruth (Haas) Freymuth; his nephew, Scott Freymuth, and great-nephews, William and Adam Milsark.
Rick was a gifted musician who started playing bass guitar at a young age with his brother, Ron, who played lead guitar in their band "New Country Edition." They played many weddings, anniversaries, picnics, and special occasions. Rick had a wonderful voice and harmonized so well with his brother. Many great times were had at these dances.
He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in St. Paul, MO.
He fought a long, tough battle with his health for over six years and now he is at peace. Rick was a truly special man and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Interment: Following funeral service at Our Lady Cemetery, 8701 Orf Rd., Lake St. Louis, MO 63367.
