Peggy Lynn Sherman passed away at her home on November 25, 2022, at the age of 67.
Peggy was born in 1955 in St. Charles, MO, to the late Melvin A. and Helen Mae (Schwane) Westhoff.
Peggy is survived by her beloved husband William "Bill" Sherman of Wright City, MO. She is survived by her three children, Melissa (Barry) Sullivan of Marthasville, MO; Amy (Paul) Meyer of Wright City, MO; Paul (Andrea) Sherman of St. Louis, MO; two sisters, Debbie (Ted) Bauer of Old Monroe, MO; Char (Mike) Schulte of St. Paul, MO; mother-in-law, Genevieve Sherman of Wentzville, MO; 6 grandchildren, Anton, Aubrey, Dakota, Peyton, Emma, and Leo. She is preceded in death by her father, Melvin A. Westhoff; mother, Helen Mae Westhoff; and father-in-law, Pete Sherman.
Peggy and Bill were united in marriage on April 22, 1978, and celebrated 44 wonderful years of marriage. Peggy loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to the beach and traveling around the U.S., she was always ready to take a trip. She loved quilts and going to quilt socials. Peggy loved butterflies and all their uniqueness. Peggy worked for the Warrenton Journal for several years and was a member of TOPS. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
