Clara Hendrich of New Melle, Missouri passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at the age of 88.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Hendrich of New Melle; two children, Cynthia Kazanjian and husband, Jim of Portland, OR, Todd Hendrich of Wentzville; three grandchildren, Evan Hendrich, Kaitlin Kazajian, and Bentleigh Hendrich; one sister, Mildred Orr of Cumming, GA; other relatives, and friends.

Clara Elizabeth Hendrich was born in 1935 in New Sharon, IA. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Maryville University. Clara married Donald Hendrich on February 7, 1964, in St. Louis, and two children were born to this marriage. Clara worked for many years at Monsanto Chemical in St. Louis.

She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Cappeln and delivered Meals on Wheels for years. Clara was a kind-hearted woman who enjoyed counted cross stitch, gardening, reading, and was a wonderful baker.
Clara touched many hearts in her life. There will be a giant hole to fill for those that dearly loved her.

A private service for immediate family to be held at a later date.
