The craft demonstrations included blacksmithing, cedar rail fence building, corn grinding, knife making, and bobbin lace making, among others. The event was very educational and entertaining, highlighting traditions, the meaning of songs, like "Yankee Doodle Dandy," the old ways of doing things, and the history of the area spanning the last 225 years.
